Production Floor is an interdisciplinary group working for a better environment we live, work and rely on. We work and disucss issues concerning urbanism,
political society, architecture and visual arts. However, we believe in solving problems by using various tools from various professional fields working with
various people with different ideas and backgrounds.

We are aggressive in our goals but soft on people we work with. We believe in good leadership and believe in the power of good art, good music,
good space and good ideas. Our solutions come in black & white images, bright coloured prints, double spaced research papers, spaces, art works,
visual identities among others.

The associates of the Production Floor group consists of university researchers, students, architects, designers, artists and musicians. We speak many
languages since we believe in the power of communication, dialects, cultural differences, prepositions and conjunctions. We believe in linguistic accents
and acknowledge the various ways to pronounce the letters "R" and "L".

製造現場へようこそ！

我々、この世の中で生きている上、一種の製造現場の作業者として自分たちを認識しており、多分野にわたる関心と知識と経験をもっているメンバーの仲間で学際的
・国際的・交際的な場を設けようとしたのは、このページの由来である。一人ひとり、違う文化と言語と国を背景に、異なっている進路を歩み、
それぞれの専門をもっているにも拘らず、ひたすら働き、楽しく暮らし、他から学び、出来るだけ物事を損なわないで曇りのない眼で見ようとしている所は、
共通点であろう。

それで、他との接触により相対化された多様な視点から取り組めば、多くの重大な問題が初めて解決可能となるだろう、と信じている。曖昧さこそ、
力になり得る。自分の仕事に厳しく、人に優しく、そういった課題への回答を図り、解決を提供しようと努めている。画像や具体であろうと、
声の響きや空間の構造であろうと、文章や構想であろうと。

多数の言語族の言葉でやり取りしているなか、コミュニケーションの問題と力を常に念頭に置いてある。RとLを区別しようと、
相手の言葉の発音を忠実に再生しようと、その言葉の向こうにある異なった感想と感覚の世界を理解しようとしている。
